This week’s Customer Profile was a very simple solution. Deena brought in this great classic navy cotton dress, but the problem was that the buttons would pop right out of the holes! Sometimes the manufacturer will make a poor choice on details like the buttons vs how tailored the garment is and forget that people are actually going to be wearing/moving around in the clothing 😉 All Deena had to do was take a breath and I watched the dress pop open

This solution was so simple. We just swithed the buttons! Deena wanted something more classic, so we added flat black shirt buttons. Now she can easily wear black and navy with this dress (we do love our color matching rule breaking!)
