Keisha wandered in on a cloudy and rainy day and I was immediately taken with her shorts and jacket combo (not to mention her hair).  She came off as cool, relaxed and casual; just a DC woman strolling around and doing her thing.  Even though denim jackets are considered a “must have” basic, it’s hard to make them look like anything more than a regular ol’ jacket.  So props to Keisha, eh?

Also Keisha is a bona fide Washingtonian (born and raised in DC proper), which makes her even cooler.
