As you all know, we are big fans of bloomers here. They’re comfortable, cute, and pretty much work with every lady’s figure. So when Charlie brought us this shapeless blue dress, we all agreed; turn that thing into an awesome pair of bloomers!

Another wonderful thing about bloomers? They are super easy to wear! They go with pretty much anything, including Charlie’s grey t-shirt and fun accessories (she even used the scraps to make a matching hair ribbon!).
